| The Skagit Valley and surrounding area holds a bounty for the serious chef. We continue to shop for, and prepare, our very special "Farmer's Market" dinners. During the summer, this will feature local foods exclusively. Our goal is to showcase the amazing local meats, produce and cheeses available to us this time of year. The food available at the market that day writes the menu.
During the Fall, we'll continue the theme starting with a first course Fall Harvest soup. Chose between a meat or seafood entree. and finish with dessert. If you are a wine lover, opt for the 'wine flight' of 3 different wines - each selected to compliment each course. Truly, a full tasting menu experience.
A big "THANK YOU" to all the local farmers and fishermen who provided the amazing produce, seafood, meats and cheeses that made this such a success.
