The Skagit Valley and surrounding area holds a bounty for the serious chef.  We are proud to bring back Chef Tyler Hansen, who will shop for, and prepare, our very special "Farmer's Market" dinners. 

 

Our goal is to showcase the amazing local meats, produce and cheeses available to us this time of year.  The food available at the market that day writes the menu.  Chef Tyler creates deliciously inventive, playfully presented plates to make each week's dinner fun, and truly one of a kind. 

 

After tasting the weekly creations, Eric matches a wine with each course to offer a full tasting menu experience.
