 | Your food is wonderful and the staff is gracious. I always have a lovely time here... I think of Chuckanut Manor as a hidden gem between Bellingham and the Valley. I feel like I'm in your home when I come here! Thanks. | -- Jeanne Boni, 2/28/10

 | Sorry, the Early Suppers have been discontinued. We've found that many of our customers wanted more options for dinner - early or late, large plate or small. So, new menus have been prepared and are being finalized as I write this. They should be posted on the website within a week. I think you'll like the changes. | -- Chuckanut Manor Seafood & Grill , 2/16/10

 | I have a card in hand that says you have early suppers--5 course, but can't find that on your website. Do you still do this? Thanks. | -- Kathy Larson, 2/16/10

 | Sorry, L'Ecole canceled on us! We're trying to find a replacement. | -- Carolyn, 2/13/10

 | I recently had the opportunity to be the guest of honor at Chuckanut Manor’s first Winemakers Dinner. This was such an amazing treat. The event was well advertized, well organized, and well attended by a very fun group of people. As a winery representative, I certainly appreciate everything that was done to make this event such a success. The chefs took a lot of time and effort to create delicious food pairings to go with each of the six wines presented. My favorite dish was the halibut and oysters with caramelized onions and a broth of hard cider made by Victor, the chef at Chuckanut Manor, and paired with the Milbrandt Estates Evergreen Chardonnay. I hope that dish will now be on the menu! The owner, Pat, was on hand and he is an attentive and jovial host. It was a wonderful night with great food, great wine, and great company. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to attend any and all future winemakers’ dinners. Thank you again to everyone at Chuckanut Manor for an amazing evening. | -- Kelly Milbrandt, 1/24/10
