5/31/10 | Congratulations to Mag, Tyler, Sara and Eric! Not only did they enter the Ski to Sea race, but they finished in the top third in their division. AND... they all lived to tell the tale! Better you than me guys!?!

3/29/10 | Don't you just love spring??? Flowers blooming. Babies frolicking in the fields - foals, calves and little alpacas, that is. And more daylight! You can actually enjoy the views with dinner!

 | Sorry, the Early Suppers have been discontinued. We've found that many of our customers wanted more options for dinner - early or late, large plate or small. So, new menus have been prepared and are being finalized as I write this. They should be posted on the website within a week. 12/31/09 | | Going to the Oympics? Escaping from the Oympics??? Either way, it's a great time to drive throughout the valley and look for Trumpeter Swans and Snow Geese. Take scenic Chuckanut Drive, enjoy the scenery, and finish up at The Manor! You might want to even spend the night at our B & B!

| Last evening my husband and I had one of our best dining experiences, in a very long time, in your restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious - my lamb was one of the best meals I have ever had. | The first time I had dinner at Chuckanut Manor was in 1972, and I keep coming back. Of particular note, years ago I took my soon-to-be fiance to dinner there before I proposed to her from one of the lookout spots on Chuckanut Drive. Late sunset over the San Juans, lights coming on in east Anacortes, and a full moon to the south. Highlight of my life. Every year I take her back, we have dinner (try to get the same table), and afterwards I again take her up to the spot where I first asked her to marry me, and I ask again. She always says what she said the first time - which was more than "Yes." I've eaten all over the world. Chuckanut Manor is a special place. | -- Carl Munson, 7/31/11
